Why Sheep Are Guarded (by clumsy humans with big sticks) (And why one speaks nonsense) This is a story of why sheep are guarded long ago before dragons breathed fire once ago while reality was unlike a wire sheep and wolves lived together the first lamb and the first wolf they were the last sure truth from the first to the last, the water ran from the peak to the valley picking up dirt and sticks along the way the end began with a rather observant wolf he had been taught to have utter respect for sheep, to never harm them, to never cause them to weep this wolf desired to do what many before him had done to pick one sheep to protect, cherish, and worship alone he knew not that it was the most difficult task many wolves would rather take to the flask they chatted, they were wooly, they couldn't play hide and seek so what if they could baa in such a way to make a wolf grow meek the wolf went along his way befriending sheep here playing with sheep there all in all coming in contact with many sheep that he felt worthy of protecting but he met three sheep that will make up this tale the first one already had a protector but this protector liked to play with other sheep and he swore a flask to an oath and spread pixie dust through the air the rather observant wolf befriended this lamb warned this lamb and watched this lamb and saw the lamb's protector do something quite wrong the evil wolf shaved the lamb's wool the poor lamb was too shamed the rather observant wolf never saw that lamb again the second sheep already had a protector but this protector didn't worship his sheep and he swore a flask to an oath this sheep's many friends warned her to no avail until the sheep talked to her mother the sweet little lamb found one of the rather observant wolf's many wolf friends this wolf became her protector much to the observant wolf's relief for this wolf was raised in much the same way and acted as such the third sheep already had a protector but this protector liked to play with other sheep and he swore a flask to an oath he didn't worship his loyal lamb didn't cherish her but held her up for many to see many wolves and many sheep warned this poor lamb the rather observant wolf pondered the rather observant wolf worried he knew from his wisdom that this evil wolf would soon cause harm he would shave her wool he would devour her body leaving her spirit to roam unhappily in the gloomy caves the rather observant wolf wanted to help but could not find a way so he did what he could he thought about it for so long he thought about it so much the energy of the world began to sink into his small head which caused many creatures to seek their bed but some thing knew that the world would be doomed and chose to stop this evitable collapse it took the wolf out of the world thinking of nothing else it reincarnated it into human form somewhere into the future it then created humans(they didn't exist quite yet) and set a small group to be shepherds who had big sticks with hooks the other creatures gave them weird looks some creatures knew it was an end to an era this is when reality began to follow a wire instead of spreading like water or helium now here is where the story delves deeper as the world changed, the creatures changed and died dragons were hunted for fire, unicorns lost their horns many of the creatures were reincarnated as humans the memories of the world from before became the imagination of the Senses Four Taste had long ago been forbidden to travel Smell left later, it got into an argument with gravel gravel was later banned for causing too many crashes all humans think of weird things from the old world but one thinks of them even more the one who traveled time the rather observant wolf (which is why he speaks nonsense) by Marcus
